CXM was founded by Nikos Kakavoulis, George Grillakis and George Patseas with the belief that small businesses and entrepreneurs should have access to the same enterprise grade technology as Dow Jones 30 companies. Our mission was to level the playing field for them. As such, we offered an easy-to-use but intelligent CRM, email marketing, and a turn-key, world-class website that were affordable and simple to customize. With CXM’s AI, you could manage your customers’ experience with actionable insights in plain English, learn to communicate like a pro, and attract and delight prospects – all from one place. Our ultimate goal was to help the small guys grow and thrive.

Despite the innovative prototype, which was developed without external funding by a team of 9 in Athens and New York, market conditions didn’t allow us to materialize the MVP. Consequently, CXM was unfortunately never released officially. Even though we are still exploring ways to bring its most essential parts to life, we wish best of luck to those of you who will attempt to solve the problem of how to enable small businesses and entrepreneurs access to enterprise grade technologies. It’s only fair. Disruption in this field is inevitable and is already happening.
