What was CXM?
CXM was founded by Nikos Kakavoulis, George Grillakis and George Patseas with the belief that small businesses and entrepreneurs should have access to the same enterprise grade technology as Dow Jones 30 companies. Our mission is to level the playing field for them.
As such, we offer a set of essential technology tools that increase sales, delight customers and help them grow their business by creating positive experiences in every interaction with their clients. In essence, it is an all-in-one solution that consists of an easy-to-use but intelligent CRM, email marketing, and a turn-key, world-class website, which is affordable and simple to customize.

With CXM’s AI, you can manage your customers’ experience with actionable insights in plain English, learn to communicate like a pro, and attract and delight prospects – all from one place. Our ultimate goal is to help the small guys grow and thrive.
CXM is part of a broader, namesake category of software called Customer Experience Management that until now was accessible only to the biggest companies and mainly in advanced markets. CXM wants to change that by unleashing the world of possibilities of such powerful platforms to professionals like you and us.

Why did CXM focus exclusively on SMBs and professionals?
We chose them because they conduct many of their activities online, are driven and have a desire to grow, but don’t have access to the tools they need to take their business to the next level.
We also like their open mind.
Why did (and still do) need it?
Such a technology, if used diligently, is a game-changer. It helps them remain competitive and thus survive in a market where 80% of small businesses shut down in the first 10 years.
Their bigger competitors are already using such tools; it is a matter of time for their peers to start using them too.

What was included?
The initial CXM members would get access to the CXM platform for a year, which includes, but isn’t limited to:
A brand new website.
An appealing, SEO-perfect url.
A professional email address.
Software to manage customers intelligently and efficiently.
Software to send email newsletters.
Lots of great content so that they could use the above.


As the platform matures, the list will only grow.
In this process, we would:
Onboard them.
Help them start using it.
Guide them, answer questions and resolve any issues.
Fully support them to make the best use of the platform.
Current Status
While, we had developed an innovative prototype, created without external funding by a team of 9 in Athens and New York, market conditions didn’t allow us to materialize the MVP and CXM was never released officially.
